Shahed Chowdhuri – Microsoft Technical Evangelist

Starting this week (March 17, 2014 onwards), I will be working at Microsoft as a Technical Evangelist on the East Coast. My focus will be on both cloud services and game development. As I get settled into my new role, expect to see more information about my future appearances and presentations.

Introduction to Windows Azure – Microsoft’s Cloud Platform

I recently put together a quick presentation on Windows Azure, so I wanted to share it with everyone.

In the near future, I plan to do the following:

  • Publish a voiceover screencast and talk through the slides
  • Expand the presentation to include more detailed information
  • Speak at user group meetings and other venues on Windows Azure

TechEd 2013, Day 1: Keynote, Surface and Reception

The highlight of opening day is usually the keynote. And the highlight of the TechEd keynote was the Aston Martin. From the snazzy video clip of the fast and furious sports car, to the stage entrance of Brad Anderson in said vehicle, the exotic did not disappoint.
